Start a Project Unlaced Chapter at your school or in your community to raise awareness about the issues that matter most to you, whether it’s female empowerment, REDs, eating disorders, or body image. Chapters host events, share resources, and promote well-being for athletes and young women, all while building leadership skills and creating meaningful community impact. Leaders will get connected to guest speakers from Project Unlaced's network.
