What We Do

Online Education
We believe knowledge is a powerful tool for healing. Our science-backed resources cover eating disorders, body image, mental health, and athlete well-being - including Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs). Whether you’re a young woman, an athlete, or an ally, we’re here to help you learn, unlearn, and grow. Together, we can challenge myths, embrace balance, and reclaim confidence.
Workshops
Our workshops are designed to spark honest conversations and build community around topics that often go unspoken for young women and athletes. We lead interactive sessions on mental health, body image, fueling for performance, and recovery—all through the lens of personal experience and well-being. Whether it's a team talk, a school event, or a virtual gathering, our workshops create space for education, reflection, and real connection. Every session is built to be inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in lived experience.
Advocacy
We believe prevention starts with education, and that includes the adults guiding young women and athletes. We advocate for policy change that ensures all coaches receive training on eating disorder prevention, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), and the mental health challenges athletes face. Coaches have a powerful role in shaping team culture, and with the right tools, they can be allies in creating safer, more supportive environments. Through petitions, partnerships, and outreach, we’re working to make this training a standard.
School Clubs
We are building a nationwide coalition of school clubs led by young people who are passionate about mental health, recovery, and redefining strength. These clubs create safe spaces for conversation, peer support, and awareness campaigns within their schools and communities. Our goal is to unite these chapters into a powerful, connected movement that amplifies youth voices and drives change from the inside out. With toolkits, mentorship, and shared initiatives, we’re empowering students to lead the change they want to see.
