Online Education
We believe that knowledge is a powerful tool in healing. Our online education platform offers accessible, science-backed resources about eating disorders, REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport), mental health, and athlete well-being. Through blog posts, guides, infographics, and expert interviews, we aim to break down complex topics into content that’s relatable, honest, and empowering. Whether you're an athlete, coach, or ally, we’re here to help you learn, unlearn, and grow.
Workshops
Our workshops are designed to spark honest conversations and build community around topics that often go unspoken in sports. We lead interactive sessions on mental health, body image, fueling for performance, and recovery—all through the lens of the athlete experience. Whether it's a team talk, a school event, or a virtual gathering, our workshops create space for education, reflection, and real connection. Every session is built to be inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in lived experience.
Advocacy
We believe prevention starts with education — and that includes the adults leading our teams. We’re advocating for policy change that requires all coaches to receive training on eating disorder prevention, REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport), and the mental health challenges athletes face. Coaches play a powerful role in shaping team culture, and with the right tools, they can become allies in creating safer, more supportive environments. Through petitions, partnerships, and outreach, we’re working to make this training a standard — not an option.
School Clubs
We are building a nationwide coalition of school clubs led by student-athletes who are passionate about mental health, recovery, and redefining strength in sports. These clubs create safe spaces for conversation, peer support, and awareness campaigns within their schools and teams. Our goal is to unite these chapters into a powerful, connected movement that amplifies youth voices and drives change from the inside out. With toolkits, mentorship, and shared initiatives, we’re empowering students to lead the change they want to see.
